I am very please with the worked performed by The GEEKS. Approximately one year ago, they cleaned up my desk top pc after it became non-operational because of a virus. They were very cordial to work with, and the repair service was reasonable. On September 15, 2009, I took my HP laptop to THe GEEKS because it was not performing as it should. The gentleman at the counter spent 10-15 minutes working with it and it appeared that he had corrected the problem. He would not accept payment for his services. I took the computer home and after working with it for awhile, it developed the same symptoms. I returned to the shop, and this time he downloaded new monitor driver software. Again he would not accept pay for his services. I truly appreciate the way he works with his clients, and I am impressed with his ability to slove technical problems. I have been a Mortgage Banker for 29 years. My laptop is MY LIFE; it contains everything that is essentail to the operation of my busines which not only encompasses my personal book of business, but that several other Loan Officers that work with me and my family (2 sons in medical school and a daughter in undergraduate school). Needless to say, when my laptop is down I am anxious to be up and running as soon as possible, even though we back up regularily. Dan Kirk has saved me twice int he last 6 months. I have a new laptop and I have been on a leaerning curve with the Windows Vista OS. Last night I turned on my laptop at 8:00pm and all I saw was the windows logo. That wa it nothing else, I thought re-boot, turn it off and cold boot, nothing worked. I had never seen this before, it is the end of the month I have several clients that expect to close their loans and I was damn anxious. At 10:00 am I walked into The GEEKS store on Figarden Drive and fortunately Dan was there with a smile on his face. At the counter he pulls my laptop down and applies a diagnostic software tool he has on his key chain. He says to me I've not seen anything on a HP quite like this either. A few minutes later and some confering with an associate I am walking out the door with my laptop running as if nothing ever happened. In my bussiness nobody want excuses, they just want it done. Great service, at least in the computer industry, is honest, open, and truthful delivery of information. That is to say that the repair is explained (in layman's terms) communicated clearly, done, and then shown to the customer upon pick up of their device. The computer industry is an interesting beast, as most of us know little to nothing of how the "Magic" happens! To find a supplier of such service is a rare thing. The Geeks not only meet my expectations but surpass them. Not once, but 3 times now! The excellence in service here is no fluke! They do things like greeting the customer upon entering. I know that the customer is not always right. Sometimes the customer is an idiot, BUT they are still always the customer! The staff treated me with respect and unlike many other places; The Geeks understand that we are not ALL computer wizards. The staff treated me as if it is OK that I don't know all there is to know about computers. In fact they made me feel like I was "Normal" not understanding all the ins and outs. They tell me what they will do. They tell me approximately what it will cost. They contact me to tell me what needs to be done (with at least 2 options) and they do it QUICKLY. The Geeks met and or exceeded my expectations. My computer went in on end of business Monday and was back in my house early afternoon on Thursday....NOT BAD! The cost versus the headache is well worth the price. As long as they do what they say and it works like new I'm happy! I have NEVER been treated any better anywhere else. It is as good as new!

He is a highly paid employee, and his value is based on my being able to bill out his services and any time he was spending on computer projects was time I couldn’t bill him out. This cost the company thousands of dollars when he was dealing with computer problems. Since The Geeks became our I.T. company, I have absolutely zero complaints about service or the response time – and it’s a lot less money paying them than hiring a full time I.T. staff, and definitely less money than paying one of my personnel to do it. Even though computer problems can induce a lot of anxiety into a work environment, it is nice to have The Geeks to turn to.

My first experience with you company began yesterday when the Toshiba laptop I use in business, suddenly would not recognize my sign on information. Not being able to access my programs and data on Monday morning would have been a serious business problem. We have been using the services of The GEEKS since July,2004. When we were looking for a company to network out company's computers, we were very concerned about the company we would hire. Past history with other computer repair companies have not always been pleasant. We found that other company representatives would spend time on their cell phones, take time visiting in the office and we would be charged per hour, regardless of wasted time, Our other concern was having someone who would be knowledgeable and only correct the problems we were experiencing, because they thought it worked better for them, and never considered how that change would affect us. THe biggest concern we had was the confidentiality of our data. Jay, Just a quick not to share with you my recent experience with your company. I have heard your radio advertisements over the last few months and when i had a business computer fail last week i called. I left a message at 7:45 am and promtly at 8:00 am Leslie from your office called me back. She set me up with her earliest appointment later that day. Wade and Cha called ahead of time as I had requested of Leslie and were right on time. They were both in company shirts and ties and were very polite and respectful. Wade took the time to explain everything at my level (which is very low) and he was extremely knowledgeable and both he cha werre patient while doing their jobs and explaning to me what was the best solution for my situation. I needed a new computer system and bought one from you that day.
